Gold color. Aromas and flavors of baked apple, toasted nuts, and cheese rind with a supple, tangy, effervescent, dryish light-to-medium body and an even, interesting, medium-length finish with impressions of pickled melon and golden beet finish. A nice savory cider that will be great with salads.
