This Cab from the folks at Shannon Ridge is a smooth, medium-bodied wine with lots of ripe berries and a good mix of oak spices from cinnamon to vanilla and cedar. The mouthfeel has a little heft from light tannins, matched by good depth of flavor, the balance is there.
