Jaume Serra Cristalino - Brut Rosé Spanish Cava Wine. Crisp and toasty nose, this wine shows beautiful citrus and green apple fruit with a supple, yet lively mouth feel of very fine bubbles and a very clean finish. The ultimate celebration wine, it is excellent on its own or with a wide array of foods including fried foods, seafood, Asian dishes, caviar and sushi.

Almost red in color, with bright but reduced strawberry and cherry aromas. The palate bursts with the flavor of raspberry sorbet, and the feel is smooth and easy. Not a complex wine, but a fun one if you like some red-fruit sweetness.

A toasty bubbly, with lots of hazelnut, pie crust and vanilla, with a touch of coffee grounds. There's fresh acidity that's well-integrated, with a lingering lemon candy-tinged finish. Drink now.
